This website

The site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts and loads no third-party content. Your browser's requests are logged by the web host for security and operation, and those logs are kept for a short period.

When you contact us

If you email us, we use your name, email address, organisation and message to reply and to discuss AutoImpact with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We keep enquiries for up to two years, unless they become a contract, and we don't sell or share them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to our use of them, by emailing hello@autoimpact.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) or your local data protection authority.

The software

AutoImpact itself runs on your machines. Dalsin doesn't receive your policy data; vendor support access is time-limited, read-only and approved by your security officer.
